Here are my first attempts at taking pictures of a lunar eclipse. It turns out that the new bonus room is a perfect observatory, so I set up card table chairs, a tripod and my new (to me) digital SLR and snapped off several hundred images. These are the best of the bunch.
Even though it's so cold, the crew finished siding the north side of the house yesterday.
Kris and I took the dogs for a run around the lake this afternoon. Josie, not wanting to be left behind, made the entire loop, surprising us with her tenacity and stamina (OK. I did have to carry her twice). Not bad for a 13-year-old, three-legged dog.
